Account deletion

Delete your CollectAIO account.

You can permanently delete your account and associated data in the CollectAIO app, on the website, or by contacting support if you cannot sign in.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

Sign in to CollectAIO and open the area that contains the data you want to remove. The app provides delete or remove controls for:

-Collection items and individual inventory copies, plus empty collection folders
-Price watches and saved collection views
-Private items and saved collection goals

Confirm the in-app warning to submit the deletion immediately. Your CollectAIO account and sign-in access remain active.

If you cannot use the in-app control, email collectaiosupport@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and identify the records you want removed. We may ask you to verify control of that address. Deleted account-owned records are removed from active product systems; limited de-identified analytics, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records may be retained where permitted or required.

Delete in the mobile app

Sign in and open Account.
Open Profile and choose Delete account.
Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

The app signs you out and sends the deletion request immediately after confirmation.

Delete on the website

Sign in to the CollectAIO website.
Open Account, then find Delete account.
Enter the requested confirmation and complete deletion.

Cannot access your account?

Email collectaiosupport@gmail.com from the address associated with your CollectAIO account. We may ask you to verify control of that address before completing deletion. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Request deletion by email

What deletion removes

-Your CollectAIO account and active sign-in sessions
-Collections, folders, inventory units, cost basis, and saved collection settings
-Watches, notification preferences, private items, uploads, and scanner records associated with your account
-Saved trade analyses, item or feature requests, and other account-owned content

CollectAIO may retain limited de-identified analytics, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records where permitted or required, without keeping them attached to an active CollectAIO account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting your CollectAIO account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. To prevent a future renewal, cancel the subscription in the applicable store subscription center. You may still request account deletion even if a subscription is active.
