Clear terms for using CollectAIO.

These terms explain the rules for using the CollectAIO website, mobile apps, market information, and optional subscriptions.

Using CollectAIO

-These Terms of Service apply to the CollectAIO website, mobile apps, and related services. By using CollectAIO, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
-You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you use CollectAIO for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
-You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your email account, Google account, Apple account, and device secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your CollectAIO account has been compromised.

-CollectAIO provides collectible catalog information, market listings, sold-market evidence, estimated values, scanner suggestions, and related analysis for informational purposes only.
-Market data can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or wrong. Estimated values are not appraisals, offers, guarantees, investment advice, tax advice, or promises that an item will sell for a particular price.
-Item Scanner and Live Rip results are suggestions. You are responsible for confirming the exact item, printing, variation, condition, grade, language, and other identity details before relying on a match or adding it to a collection.

-You retain ownership of photos, notes, collection records, private items, trade details, and other content you submit. You give CollectAIO a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
-Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, that violates another person's rights, or that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful.
-You may delete your CollectAIO account from Account > Profile. Deletion removes owned account data as described in the Privacy Policy; some de-identified operational, security, legal, and aggregate analytics records may be retained where permitted.

-Optional Collector and Pro plans may be offered monthly or annually. The price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms shown at purchase control your order.
-Mobile subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store before renewal. You can manage or cancel a mobile subscription from the Account screen or the applicable store subscription center.
-Canceling normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. Refunds, immediate cancellations, taxes, and regional rights are handled under the applicable store rules and applicable law.
-We may change plan features or future prices. We will provide any notice required by the applicable store or law, and a price change will not take effect for an existing subscription except through the applicable renewal process.

-Do not misuse CollectAIO, interfere with its operation, bypass access or usage limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, scrape or copy the service at unreasonable volume, submit malware, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.
-Do not use automated access except through an interface or API that CollectAIO expressly makes available to you and within its documented limits.
-We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, CollectAIO, service providers, or the public, or when these terms are materially violated.

-Public and consumer Pro API access may be used only through documented endpoints and within documented limits for personal or internal purposes. Keep credentials server-side and do not share, publish, or expose them to third parties.
-A consumer subscription does not grant permission to resell, sublicense, bulk redistribute, retain as a commercial dataset, or use CollectAIO data in a paid customer-facing product. Those uses require a separate written commercial agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.
-Unless a separate written agreement expressly allows it, do not redistribute raw marketplace records, seller data, images, source feeds, or other third-party material returned or linked by CollectAIO.

-CollectAIO and its original software, design, branding, and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
-Product names, images, trademarks, marketplace listings, and third-party services may belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
-Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies. CollectAIO is not responsible for a third party's availability, content, transactions, or conduct.

-We work to keep CollectAIO available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, catalog coverage, integrations, limits, or supported platforms may change.
-We may discontinue the service or a material feature. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export account data before a discontinuation that removes access to saved data.

-To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollectAIO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
-To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollectAIO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by market changes, incorrect item identification, third-party listings, or reliance on estimated values.
-Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your local consumer rights continue to apply.

-We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use CollectAIO after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
